Recreate/fix corrupted file system? (SlimbookOS K

I somehow managed to corrupt file system. In System settings if I try to select a wall paper the application crashes, and I get bug info about mssing files which seem to have been deleted  (things like

warning: Can't open file /memfd:JITCode:QtQml (deleted) during file-backed mapping note processing

warning: Can't open file /memfd:kwin-dmabuf-feedback-table (deleted) during file-backed mapping note processing

warning: Can't open file /memfd:JSVMStack:QtQml (deleted) during file-backed mapping note processing


and similar. Before reinstalling SlimbookOS-K, I'd like to see if there is a way to attempt a repair. Any ideas?

well, I believe you can all disregard this - not sure if this is too much luck, but there just was a huge update available in Discover, and after rebooting it looks like my problems are all gone ;-), everything is back to normal it seems.
