el 28/02/2026 12:24:42I have a Slimbook Evo 14, which I often use with the battery stuck at 60%.
I unplugged it and discovered that the battery was actually dead. Now it's charging again.
Has this happened to anyone else? This is the second time it's happened.

Our Support Team commented if you have done any full battery cycle in the past month(so, from 100% to 0%), if you have not done any that might be the reason why, please do so removing the battery limit and letting it do a battery cycle.
