I connected my Slimbook Evo14 to a Dell WD15 Dockingstation. HDMI/USB is working fine but the Slimbook does not charge. It only blinks orange.
What does that mean?

A blinking orange light indicates that the laptop is out of battery or at its limit in terms of battery percentage, make sure the dock provides enough wattage for your device to charge properly and that the dock works properly under Linux
While it may indicate that it can provide enough power to charge your device, other components that are connected might also consume from said power and not deliver enough power to charge it.
Try only connecting the USB-C to charge the device without all its connections attached (so additional HDMIs or USBs)
